Michael Chhabra
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Michael has been involved in the mass tort lead generation & legal services industry since 2013 when he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Law Firm Headquarters (LFHQ), a legal services company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. 

Michael has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of several Washington, D.C. based mass tort law firms that have represented tens of thousands of plaintiffs in trans-vaginal mesh litigation. Michael also oversaw the exit event and transition of those cases to one of the largest mass tort firms in the United States.

Since then, in addition to leading Tort Fund, Michael has formed and currently leads JusticeGuru.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to spreading awareness about dangerous drugs and defective medical devices. He has also continued to consult with companies and law firms in the mass tort space.

Recognized as a community leader, Michael and his family are committed to helping their neighbors through volunteerism at homeless shelters and facilities that aid women and children of domestic abuse.

Tom Davidson
Founder, Managing Partner - Davidson & Associates, PLLC
Tom Davidson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Davidson & Associates, PLLC. A graduate of Williams College (With Distinction) and Duke Law School (With Honors), Tom’s legal and business career has spanned more than 50 years.

Tom started his career as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel to Mesa Petroleum and T. Boone Pickens. Tom then became Senior Vice President and General Counsel of MAPCO, Inc., a $3 billion-dollar Tulsa-based energy company listed #1 on the New York Stock Exchange. This led Tom to become the Senior Partner in charge of building the Corporate and Securities Group at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss.

In 1998 Tom created Davidson Capital Group (“DCG”), headquartered in Washington, D.C., and focused on raising capital for growth companies in a wide variety of spaces. Over the past 20 years, DCG has raised hundreds of millions of dollars for businesses of all sizes in a wide variety of spaces, both domestically and internationally.

Tom formed Davidson & Associates, PLLC and partnered with Tort Fund to seek justice for the many victims that have been harmed, injured or passed away as the result of harmful medical devices and dangerous drugs. Tom advocates for these countless victims and is dedicated to making large corporations think twice before choosing profits over people’s health and lives.

Joseph Coles, Jr.
Sr. VP, Business Development - SPV 1
Joe is a 19-year veteran of business development strategy, structure and execution who has founded, nurtured, and seen through to exit, a wide array of companies in revenue and client- based transaction business models. Joe has a long record of successfully guiding local, national and multi- national clients with their personal, commercial and biz op acquisitions, leverage obligations, asset reposition and disposition. 

Joe has facilitated over $120 million in financial transactions, demonstrating consistent success in specific areas of expertise which include strategic planning, transaction management and financial structuring. Joe specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to recurring revenue models, disruptive technologies, media, cannabis, foreign exchange indices and precious metals, including both numismatics and bullion, that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients that include Treasure Coast Asset Management and Wealth Management and Advisory. 

In addition to serving as a volunteer with numerous local charities, Joe, his wife and his children are active members of the Christ Fellowship Church.

Steele is a seasoned professional with over two decades of business experience in sales and marketing, business development, multi round corporate financing, investment banking, and private equity. After working in the entertainment industry, Steele began his finance career in 1998 with CIC Holdings. CIC, a boutique Venture Capital Firm based out of southern California which provided Steele with a mentor to broaden his financial horizons and expertise to include private equity and venture capital/angel investing. 

This led to Steele opening his own private equity marketing firm, Von Hendershot Capital Consulting, which has successfully financed, and seen through to exit, 13 micro-cap and mid-cap start-ups in sectors ranging from Dot Coms, Telecom, Internet Telephony, Oil and Gas, Real Estate partnerships, technology, and 18 feature film, documentary and television projects in the entertainment industry.
